As the sixth pay commission has submitted the report to the Finance Minister, all are very curious to calculate their arrear. Many a rumours are flying regarding the DA and other allowances...Though there are several confussions are to be cleared, I have made an attempt to calculate the arrear through an excel calculation. Enter the following details asked;

1. Enter your name (optional) (Only for printing purpose & no calculation involved!!!)

2. Enter your Designation(optional) (Only for printing purpose & no calculation involved!!!)

3. Enter your old pay scale (ex.5000-150-8000)(Only for printing purpose & no calculation involved!!!)
4. Enter your old pay as on 01.12.2005, as some body gets increment in the month of January*

5. Select your Travelling Allowance (If you happen to receive Travelling allowance)*

6. Select your increment month(Select from downdrop list)*

7. Select your city classification for HRA calculation purpose.*
